Most coaching programmes concentrate exclusively on building your coaching skills, while having you source your own clients and not teaching you how to set yourself up as a coaching entrepreneur  afterwards. The coaching body differs in 3 main ways: firstly, we source the clients which means you get to learn and implement the skills in real time with real clients, we train you both in coaching skills and entrepreneurial skills, so once you complete the course, you are fully up and running as a coach, with all the structures you need to be successful in place. We also have a unique profit share opportunity for our coaches, as part of our mission, is for you to thrive financially as well.

If you complete all the hours of training, practice and self-study, including the supervised sessions and your learning log, you will get certified as a performance coach

The curriculum is divided in 3 main areas: leadership training, coaching skills and entrepreneurship. We have a holistic approach to training where we want to see you thriving mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially.

The online live trainings are mandatory and we share those dates well ahead of time so you can calendarise them and plan around those. If you have an urgency or a prior commitment, we request you communicate that to us as soon as you know. We will then send you a recording or provide you with alternative dates for you to attend.
